Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough legal research and analyze complex case laws and regulations.
- Prepare, draft, and file pleadings, motions, memoranda, and legal correspondence.
- Assist senior partners in the preparation and management of litigation and court proceedings.
- Review, negotiate, and draft various contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Conduct client consultations to gather facts, assess legal needs, and provide preliminary advice.
- Attend court hearings, trials, and depositions to represent the firm effectively.
- Ensure strict compliance with court rules, filing deadlines, and procedural requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Holder of a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from a recognized law school.
- Must be a member of the Philippine Bar (passed the Bar Examination).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant legal experience in litigation or corporate law.
- Strong command of both written and spoken English and Filipino.
- Proficient in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, Philjuris) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
