Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct learning needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities
- Design, develop, and implement innovative learning programs aligned with organizational goals
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for various leadership and technical competencies
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives through data collection and analysis
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning content
- Support the development and implementation of leadership development programs
- Manage learning administration, including scheduling, logistics, and participant management
- Stay current with industry best practices in learning and development methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in learning and development, organizational development, or related field
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Proficiency in learning management systems and authoring tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make evidence-based recommendations
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Experience in needs assessment, program evaluation, and ROI measurement
