Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior management with daily operations, strategic initiatives, and high-level administrative support.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure the timely delivery of key deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain accurate management reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Monitor and assist in compliance and regulatory reporting requirements to ensure adherence to internal policies.
- Manage vendor relationships and handle operational logistics and vendor communications.
- Facilitate internal meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items to drive project momentum.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in management, operations support, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and enterprise software systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse, global team.
