Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end claims processing for employee benefits portfolios
- Analyze and resolve complex claim disputes within regulatory frameworks
- Develop and implement claims management procedures for efficiency
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners for claim resolutions
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
- Train and mentor junior claims team members
- Generate regular reports on claim trends and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years' experience in employee benefits claims management
- Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance standards
- Proficiency in claims management software and data analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Professional certification in insurance (e.g., CIP, FLMI) preferred
- Advanced communication skills for stakeholder engagement
