Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive operational audits across cinema locations, including financial controls, inventory management, and service quality standards
- Develop and implement audit programs aligned with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Identify operational risks, control weaknesses, and non-compliance issues through systematic testing
- Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations for process improvements
- Collaborate with department heads to implement corrective actions and monitor compliance progress
- Stay current with industry regulations and emerging best practices in cinema operations
- Train staff on compliance protocols and operational standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in internal audit, compliance, or operational control roles
- Professional certification (CIA, ACCA, CPA) or equivalent qualification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial and operational data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficiency in audit software and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of cinema operations or retail/hospitality industry is advantageous
