Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine clinical laboratory testing accurately and efficiently under supervision.
- Conduct patient phlebotomy procedures while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Prepare biological specimens for analysis following established SOPs.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and routine troubleshooting.
- Document test results precisely within the Laboratory Information System (LIS).
- Adhere strictly to biohazard safety protocols and infection control guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management and the preparation of chemical reagents.
- Participate in quality control activities to ensure reliable and timely diagnostic reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology, Biomedical Science, or a related field.
- Relevant certification or registration with the appropriate healthcare professional board.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based, high-pressure clinical environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on professional patient interaction.
- Proficiency in basic laboratory instrumentation and LIS software.
