- Lead end-to-end data science projects from data collection to deployment of predictive models
- Design and implement machine learning algorithms for clinical and operational insights
- Analyze complex healthcare datasets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Develop interactive dashboards and data visualizations for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with clinical teams to translate data findings into actionable healthcare solutions
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices in data science methodologies
- Present findings to multidisciplinary audiences and influence strategic decisions
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics with proven track record
- Expertise in programming languages (Python, R) and statistical modeling techniques
- Strong experience with machine learning algorithms and healthcare data applications
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and cloud platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Experience in healthcare or medical domain strongly preferred
- PhD or additional certifications in data science considered advantageous
