Tanggung Jawab
- Define product requirements and user stories for feature enhancements and minor product updates
- Monitor product metrics, user feedback, and market trends to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product launches
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product strategy
- Support the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps and feature prioritization
- Document product specifications and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Analyze user behavior data to drive data-informed product decisions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or tech roles
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficiency in product management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana)
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development lifecycle
