Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and data science to define product requirements.
- Analyze user feedback, market trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
- Draft clear, concise product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories.
- Coordinate with QA teams to ensure high-quality, bug-free product releases.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product success and report insights to senior leadership.
- Support the product roadmap planning process through rigorous research and competitive analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development lifecycles.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable product insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Asana.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach to technical challenges.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is highly preferred.
