Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct daily washroom inspections and passenger surveys at designated airport locations.

  • Adhere to strict data privacy and confidentiality guidelines during survey operations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
  • Proficiency in using mobile devices and data collection tools for reporting.
  • Previous experience in customer service or operational auditing is a distinct advantage.
  • Valid passport and eligibility to work in Malaysia.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and navigate airport terminals efficiently.
