Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full 360-degree recruitment lifecycle, from initial client acquisition to candidate placement.
- Source, screen, and interview high-potential candidates to match them with suitable job vacancies.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific human capital needs.
- Execute strategic headhunting techniques to attract passive talent in a competitive market.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage expectations between clients and candidates.
- Provide expert market insights and consultative advice to both job seekers and corporate clients.
- Maintain an organized database of candidates and ensure a seamless experience throughout the hiring process.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong hunger for career growth and financial rewards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a resilient mindset when facing challenges.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a high-performance team.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles is a significant advantage.
