Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full 360-degree recruitment lifecycle, from initial client acquisition to candidate placement.
  • Source, screen, and interview high-potential candidates to match them with suitable job vacancies.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific human capital needs.
  • Execute strategic headhunting techniques to attract passive talent in a competitive market.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and manage expectations between clients and candidates.
  • Provide expert market insights and consultative advice to both job seekers and corporate clients.
  • Maintain an organized database of candidates and ensure a seamless experience throughout the hiring process.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong hunger for career growth and financial rewards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a resilient mindset when facing challenges.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a high-performance team.
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles is a significant advantage.
