In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for evaluating written responses for the PTEA (Pearson Test of English Academic) OP, ensuring that every evaluation adheres to rigorous international standards and specific rubrics.

- Evaluate and score written responses according to strict rubric criteria.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and inter-rater reliability throughout all scoring sessions.
- Follow standardized scoring protocols to ensure fairness and objectivity.
- Identify and report any anomalies or irregularities within the testing material.
- Participate in regular calibration training sessions to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Meet daily or weekly output quotas while upholding premium quality scores.
- Protect the confidentiality and integrity of all proprietary scoring materials.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, syntax, and vocabulary.
- Proven ability to focus on complex tasks for extended periods.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer navigation and web-based assessment platforms.
- Previous experience in educational assessment, teaching, or copy editing is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to strict deadlines.
