Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Support the Product Owner in managing and grooming the product backlog for efficient sprint execution.
- Identify and proactively remove blockers or impediments that hinder team velocity.
- Shield the team from external distractions and foster a self-organizing work environment.
- Track and report key Agile metrics such as burn-down charts, velocity, and cycle time to stakeholders.
- Promote Agile best practices across the organization to enhance delivery efficiency.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and testers to ensure high-quality software output.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a Scrum Master, Project Coordinator, or Product Assistant role.
- Must hold an active Scrum Master Certification (e.g., PSM I, CSM, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodology, Scrum frameworks, and Kanban principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings effectively.
- Proficiency in Agile management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is highly preferred.
