InCorp Global is looking for a motivated Associate or Senior Associate to join our growing Accounting and Finance Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of our financial processes and supporting the overall operational efficiency of the firm. As part of our finance team, you will manage end-to-end accounting operations, support critical financial reporting, and ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger entries and financial transactions.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal financial controls, policies, and external regulatory requirements.
- Review and process invoices, payments, and expense reports with a high degree of accuracy.
- Provide necessary documentation and support during external and internal audits.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in finance operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
- Relevant professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance operations (Senior Associate requires 3+ years).
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a team-oriented environment.
