Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day finance operations activities, ensuring high accuracy and timely delivery of financial reports.
- Lead and support engagement management processes, ensuring alignment with client deliverables and internal standards.
- Prepare complex financial reconciliations, variance analyses, and supporting schedules for senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and enhance operational workflows.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance policies.
- Mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Utilize financial systems and data analytics tools to drive insights and support decision-making processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Finance Operations, Engagement Management, or Audit.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and MS Excel (including advanced formulas and pivot tables).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
- CPA, ACCA, or other relevant professional certifications are highly preferred.
