In this role, you will play a crucial part in the lifecycle of Private Equity, Hedge Funds, and Direct Access funds. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting while navigating the intricacies of fund administration. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and net asset value (NAV) calculations for various fund structures.
- Ensure accurate valuation of assets and liabilities, including complex derivatives and structured products.
- Liaise with fund managers, investors, and external auditors to provide necessary documentation and clarifications.
- Maintain a robust internal control environment to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports and investor presentations.
- Manage the processing of capital calls, distributions, and subscription/redemption requests.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; ACCA, CFA, or CPA qualification is highly preferred.
- 1-4 years of relevant experience in Fund Accounting, preferably within Private Equity or Hedge Funds.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial accounting software.
- Deep understanding of fund structures, including limited partnerships and limited liability companies.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
