Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for APAC region roles, leveraging Mandarin communication with candidates and stakeholders
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and build effective job descriptions
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skill assessments to evaluate cultural fit and technical capabilities
- Optimize applicant tracking system workflows and recruitment analytics
- Implement diversity initiatives to ensure inclusive hiring practices
- Maintain compliance with regional labor regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years in talent acquisition with full-cycle recruitment experience
- Native-level Mandarin fluency with professional English communication skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar)
- Experience with recruitment analytics and process optimization
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities
- Demonstrated success in sourcing hard-to-fill technical roles
