Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations to assess surgical needs and recommend appropriate procedures
- Coordinate surgical schedules, patient documentation, and pre/post-operative care plans
- Drive service conversion by presenting surgical options with clear value propositions
- Collaborate with ophthalmologists and surgical teams to ensure patient readiness
- Manage patient records, insurance documentation, and billing processes
- Implement follow-up protocols to enhance patient satisfaction and retention
- Track sales metrics and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare sales, patient coordination, or medical services
- Proficiency in medical terminology and ophthalmology procedures
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with diverse patient populations
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail in documentation
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Valid NCMC license or willingness to obtain within 3 months
