- Design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive clinical training programs aligned with organizational goals
- Analyze training metrics and performance data to optimize program effectiveness and ROI
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with clinical departments to identify training needs and solutions
- Mentor and develop training facilitators to ensure consistent, high-quality program delivery
- Manage training budgets, resources, and vendor relationships efficiently
- Stay current with healthcare industry trends, regulatory updates, and best practices
- Drive innovation in training methodologies including e-learning, simulations, and blended learning approaches
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Education, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 5 years of clinical training program development and management experience
- Proven track record in data-driven training evaluation and performance improvement
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing training teams and stakeholders
- Certification in instructional design or clinical education (e.g., CPTD, CHCP) highly valued
- Expertise in learning management systems (LMS) and training technologies
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
