Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and implement wellbeing programs for children aged 0-3 in the KidSTART framework
- Facilitate family engagement sessions and support workshops for parents/caregivers
- Collaborate with social workers, psychologists, and healthcare professionals to develop holistic care plans
- Monitor child development milestones and document progress using standardized assessment tools
- Organize community outreach activities to promote early childhood wellbeing awareness
- Assist in data collection for program evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain case records and ensure compliance with child protection protocols
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in childcare, family support, or community programs
- Certification in Child Development or Family Support preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of Singapore's early childhood development landscape
- Empathetic approach with demonstrated ability to work with vulnerable families
- Proficiency in documentation and case management systems
