PSA Corporation is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Asst Ops Exec (Gate Operations) to join our dynamic team. Key to this position is your ability to manage gate processes efficiently, conduct thorough container checks, and act as a primary point of contact for customer service inquiries. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily gate operations workflows to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming and outgoing containers to verify integrity and detect any damages.
- Coordinate with ship chandlers and terminal operators to facilitate seamless cargo handling.
- Provide exceptional customer service to truck drivers, shipping lines, and cargo owners, resolving inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Update and maintain accurate records of all gate transactions and container statuses in the system.
- Adhere to strict security protocols and traffic management regulations within the port area.
- Assist in the preparation of operational reports and statistics as required by management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in port operations, logistics, or gate operations is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to identify container defects or discrepancies.
- Valid Singapore Work Permit or Citizenship (as joining bonus is specified for Singaporeans).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
