Tanggung Jawab
- Execute audit procedures in accordance with professional standards and firm methodology.
- Perform substantive testing and control testing on various financial statement account balances.
- Identify and document audit findings, recommending improvements for client financial processes.
- Collaborate with engagement teams to meet strict deadlines and project objectives.
- Review client financial statements for compliance with PFRS/IFRS reporting requirements.
- Utilize audit software tools to analyze datasets and identify potential financial discrepancies.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with client personnel throughout the audit cycle.
- Assist in the preparation of audit reports and management letters.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (BSA) or related field.
- Fresh graduates or CPAs with up to 2 years of experience in external audit.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and manage time efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Filipino, both written and verbal.
