Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily construction activities to align with engineering specifications and project plans
- Coordinate site operations, material logistics, and contractor management
- Conduct quality inspections and enforce safety protocols per OSHA standards
- Prepare detailed progress reports and documentation for stakeholder reviews
- Resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions during construction phases
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers for seamless execution
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and environmental regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years of site engineering experience in real estate projects
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and construction blueprints
- Certification in construction safety management (e.g., Site Safety Supervisor)
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's building regulations and BCA requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with project management software and reporting tools
