Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive training roadmaps for the Assembly & Test (AT) manufacturing department.
- Analyze workforce performance data to identify skill gaps and areas for continuous improvement.
- Partner with operational leaders to ensure training programs align with production targets and quality standards.
- Design engaging instructional content and e-learning modules suitable for a diverse technical workforce.
- Facilitate workshops and technical training sessions to upskill employees on new equipment and processes.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training interventions through KPIs and ROI analysis.
- Maintain compliance with internal corporate learning standards and industry-specific regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a relevant Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in workforce development, training, or L&D within a manufacturing or semiconductor setting.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, or Tableau) to track development metrics.
- Demonstrated expertise in instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-tech environment with a focus on continuous process improvement.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies is a significant advantage.
