Micron Semiconductors is seeking a dynamic AT (Assembly & Test) Workforce Development Specialist to join our team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between technical operational needs and workforce capability, designing and implementing data-driven training programs that empower our staff to excel in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

As part of our global organization, you will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify skill gaps, optimize learning paths, and leverage analytics to measure the impact of our development initiatives. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive training roadmaps for the Assembly & Test (AT) manufacturing department.
  • Analyze workforce performance data to identify skill gaps and areas for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with operational leaders to ensure training programs align with production targets and quality standards.
  • Design engaging instructional content and e-learning modules suitable for a diverse technical workforce.
  • Facilitate workshops and technical training sessions to upskill employees on new equipment and processes.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training interventions through KPIs and ROI analysis.
  • Maintain compliance with internal corporate learning standards and industry-specific regulatory requirements.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a relevant Engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in workforce development, training, or L&D within a manufacturing or semiconductor setting.
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, or Tableau) to track development metrics.
  • Demonstrated expertise in instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-tech environment with a focus on continuous process improvement.
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies is a significant advantage.
