Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor ATM operational status in real-time to identify and address service interruptions.
- Receive and process customer calls and messages regarding ATM malfunctions or cash shortages.
- Manage and track incident tickets (ITIL process) to ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with technical maintenance teams to dispatch engineers for repairs.
- Provide accurate status updates to stakeholders and customers regarding repair timelines.
- Ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational guidelines.
- Document all incidents and resolutions in the central database for future reference.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent educational background.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or operations support role is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with ticketing software or CRM systems.
- Able to work rotating shifts or on-call duties as required by operational needs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
