In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary point of contact for resolving ATM-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum customer satisfaction. As part of our operations team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end monitoring of ATM networks. You will handle incoming inquiries, troubleshoot technical glitches, and coordinate with engineering teams to restore services quickly. Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor ATM operational status in real-time to identify and address service interruptions.
  • Receive and process customer calls and messages regarding ATM malfunctions or cash shortages.
  • Manage and track incident tickets (ITIL process) to ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with technical maintenance teams to dispatch engineers for repairs.
  • Provide accurate status updates to stakeholders and customers regarding repair timelines.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational guidelines.
  • Document all incidents and resolutions in the central database for future reference.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent educational background.
  • Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or operations support role is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with ticketing software or CRM systems.
  • Able to work rotating shifts or on-call duties as required by operational needs.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
