- Review and verify legal calendaring data, including court schedules, filing deadlines, and hearing dates, to ensure absolute accuracy.
- Edit and proofread legal documents and filings to ensure compliance with Thomson Reuters style guides and editorial standards.
- Conduct thorough legal research to update and correct statutes, case law, and regulatory information in the database.
- Identify discrepancies or inconsistencies in legal content and implement necessary corrections.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality processes and workflow efficiency.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Philippine legal procedures and terminology.
- Manage high volumes of data entry and review with strict attention to detail and deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing of the Philippine Bar.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in legal research, legal editing, or legal calendaring.
- Strong command of legal terminology, procedures, and secondary sources.
- Excellent proofreading, editing, and grammar skills with a high degree of precision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and legal research tools.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
