Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert legal advice and counsel to provincial officials, departments, and employees regarding administrative and legal matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, resolutions, and legal memoranda to protect government interests.
- Represent the Provincial Government in civil, administrative, and criminal litigation proceedings.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on local government codes, statutes, and jurisprudence to support decision-making.
- Ensure strict compliance with the Local Government Code, Civil Service rules, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Assist in the formulation and review of ordinances and executive orders.
- Handle legal complaints, disputes, and cases with professionalism and diligence.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a member of the Philippine Bar (Licensed Attorney).
- Holder of a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree with a strong academic record.
- At least 2 to 5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in government service or a law firm.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of public administration, constitutional law, and local government regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
