Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert legal counsel on land transportation regulations, franchise agreements, and administrative policies
- Represent the LTFRB in hearings, tribunals, and court proceedings involving transportation disputes
- Draft and review legal opinions, contracts, regulatory orders, and legislative proposals
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on transportation laws, jurisprudence, and emerging industry trends
- Develop compliance frameworks for transportation operators and franchise holders
- Collaborate with government agencies to align transportation policies with national objectives
- Train and mentor junior legal staff on regulatory procedures and legal protocols
Kualifikasi
- Must be a member of the Philippine Bar with at least 7 years of relevant legal experience
- Proven expertise in administrative law, regulatory compliance, and transportation legislation
- Strong legal research, analytical writing, and case preparation skills
- Experience in handling transportation franchise disputes and regulatory hearings
- Deep understanding of government procurement processes and administrative procedures
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex legal concepts clearly
- Master's degree in Law or relevant specialization preferred
