Join Our Adventure Team as an ATV Track Crew Member! Cretya Sunset Restaurant is seeking a dedicated individual to maintain our thrilling ATV track in Ubud, Bali. As a key member of our outdoor operations team, you'll ensure every guest experiences safe and exhilarating adventures through our scenic terrain. This hands-on role requires meticulous attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a passion for creating unforgettable outdoor experiences.
You'll be responsible for daily track inspections, preventative maintenance, and swift repairs to guarantee optimal safety and functionality. Working in Bali's tropical environment, you'll collaborate with our hospitality team to align track readiness with guest activity schedules. Tanggung Jawab
- Daily inspection, maintenance, and repair of ATV track surfaces and safety barriers
- Implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize operational disruptions
- Coordinate with adventure team to prepare tracks for daily guest activities
- Monitor and replenish track amenities (signage, markers, safety equipment)
- Document maintenance activities and report structural concerns to management
- Collaborate with housekeeping team for track cleanliness and debris removal
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in track maintenance, construction, or outdoor facility management
- Basic mechanical knowledge for ATV equipment and track infrastructure
- Physical fitness to perform manual labor in tropical conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills for on-the-spot repairs and hazard mitigation
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-departmental coordination
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
