Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations for Australian clients, ensuring compliance with Australian Accounting Standards (AAS) and ASIC regulations
- Prepare and submit monthly financial statements including balance sheets, profit & loss reports, and cash flow analyses
- Handle accounts payable/receivable cycles, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
- Process monthly payroll and superannuation contributions according to Australian requirements
- Conduct financial audits and prepare supporting documentation for tax compliance (GST, PAYG, FBT)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and financial controls
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to clients through regular reporting and analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with CPA/ACCA/CMA certification preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Australian accounting standards and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills
- Deep understanding of Australian tax legislation, GST, superannuation, and corporate compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail with demonstrated accuracy in financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and identify trends
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and financial presentations
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment with minimal supervision
