Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and process monthly/quarterly BAS and IAS filings for Australian clients.
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure general ledger accuracy.
- Support year-end financial reporting and coordinate with tax accountants.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and handle depreciation schedules.
- Provide regular financial performance analysis and reporting to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with changes in Australian Taxation Office (ATO) regulations and compliance requirements.
- Utilize cloud-based accounting software to streamline financial workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related Finance field; CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Australian accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks Online is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Australian GST, Payroll Tax, and Superannuation obligations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for international client interaction.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a hybrid setup.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines and manage high-volume financial data.
