We are seeking a skilled and proactive Accountant to join the finance team at Twoconnect. This is a remote, day-shift opportunity where you will play a pivotal role in supporting multi-country finance operations. You will be the key point of contact for ensuring accurate financial records, managing complex reconciliations, and driving the month-end close process. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Perform accurate and timely bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Execute month-end and year-end close procedures efficiently to ensure financial statements are prepared on schedule.
- Prepare and analyze detailed financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Support multi-country finance operations and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure adherence to relevant tax regulations and deadlines.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and resolve queries.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably with exposure to Australian tax laws and reporting.
- Proficiency in NetSuite ERP system and strong skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IAS and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
