In this critical role, you will manage end-to-end accounting functions for our esteemed Australian clients. Your days will be dynamic and engaging, involving everything from daily transaction processing and bank reconciliation to the preparation of complex financial reports, payroll processing, and BAS/IAS lodgements. Your proficiency in Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks will be invaluable as you navigate the intricate requirements of the Australian Tax Office (ATO) with precision and confidence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting processes for Australian clients, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare and lodge Business Activity Statements (BAS), Instalment Activity Statements (IAS), and other statutory reports in compliance with ATO deadlines.
- Process payroll, superannuation contributions, and PAYG withholding accurately for client portfolios.
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and maintain clean, audit-ready financial records in Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks.
- Generate monthly management reports, financial statements, and variance analyses for client review and decision-making.
- Assist with year-end closing procedures and coordinate with external auditors as needed.
- Communicate directly with clients to resolve discrepancies, provide financial insights, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on changes in Australian tax laws and accounting standards to ensure full compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification is an advantage).
- Minimum 2-3 years of solid experience handling Australian accounting, preferably in a BPO or offshore setup.
- Expert proficiency in Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks (Xero certification is highly preferred).
- Thorough understanding of Australian tax laws, BAS/IAS lodgment, and payroll processing requirements.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Willingness to work full-time onsite in Eastwood, Metro Manila and during Australian business hours.
