About the Role
As an integral part of the finance team, you will manage the full accounts cycle for our Australian client. Your responsibilities will range from daily data entry and bank reconciliations to complex month-end reporting and BAS lodgments. You will work closely with Australian stakeholders, providing critical financial insights that drive business decisions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for Australian entities, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll.
- Prepare and lodge Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Instalment Activity Statements (IAS).
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure strict compliance with ATO regulations and Australian tax requirements.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Utilize cloud accounting software (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks) for daily operations and reporting.
- Communicate directly with Australian clients to resolve discrepancies and provide financial insights.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of dedicated experience in Australian Bookkeeping.
- Proven expertise with Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks Online.
- Deep understanding of Australian tax laws, payroll, and superannuation.
- Experience with BAS/IAS preparation and lodgment is mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
- Willing to work in Philippine time zone with potential for Australian business hours overlap.
