As our AU Bookkeeper, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our global entertainment agency operations by maintaining financial accuracy, managing accounts, and ensuring compliance with Australian tax regulations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes for Australian entities.
- Perform daily bank and credit card reconciliations accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare and process payroll, ensuring compliance with Australian Superannuation and PAYG requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet summaries.
- Manage Business Activity Statement (BAS) preparation and lodgment.
- Maintain clean and organized digital financial records using cloud-based accounting software.
- Liaise with international stakeholders to resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
- Support year-end audit processes and provide documentation for tax filings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Australian bookkeeping or accounting processes.
- Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks Online is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Australian tax laws, GST, and payroll legislation.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote global teams.
- Experience working in an entertainment or agency setting is a significant advantage.
