Tanggung Jawab

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and general ledgers
  • Process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow effectively
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Provide administrative support including document management and filing
  • Generate financial reports and provide insights to support business decisions
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks during peak periods

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and payroll regulations
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills with experience in spreadsheet management
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
