Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain accurate financial records for Australian-based in-home aged care operations
- Process and reconcile accounts payable/receivable with Australian healthcare standards
- Prepare monthly financial statements and budget variance reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with Australian aged care funding regulations and reporting requirements
- Manage payroll processing for care staff with Australian superannuation contributions
- Coordinate with external auditors during compliance reviews and financial audits
- Implement financial controls to optimize resource allocation for care delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years bookkeeping experience with Australian accounting systems
- Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks with multi-currency capabilities
- Knowledge of Australian GST/BAS requirements and aged care funding models
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial reporting and reconciliation
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Experience with payroll processing for Australian workforce
