Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes for assigned Australian client accounts.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations with high precision.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Assist in the preparation of BAS (Business Activity Statement) and IAS filings.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely transactions.
- Handle general ledger maintenance and ensure data integrity within accounting software.
- Liaise with clients regarding financial queries and process improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest changes in Australian tax legislation and accounting standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, specifically supporting Australian clients (AU Accounting).
- Solid understanding of Australian tax laws, GST, and payroll regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks Online.
- Strong analytical skills with an exceptional eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional client interaction.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting strict deadlines.
- CPA license is an advantage but not required.
