- Oversee the full cycle of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance operations team, promoting high performance and continuous learning.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of financial operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, Australian accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for management and clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows and support business objectives.
- Manage month-end closing activities related to AR and AP, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of financial systems and tools.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in finance operations, with a focus on AR and AP processes.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards and regulations (preferred).
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and clients.
