Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for Australian funds in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations of fund accounts and investments
- Calculate and process investor subscriptions, redemptions, and distributions
- Prepare financial statements, NAV calculations, and regulatory reports
- Coordinate with auditors during the annual audit process
- Monitor compliance with fund documentation and regulatory requirements
- Assist in the implementation of new accounting systems or processes
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless fund operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in fund accounting or financial services
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Experience with accounting software and financial systems
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial calculations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications
