Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end General Accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management.
- Prepare and analyze monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy across all financial records.
- Manage the end-to-end payroll processing cycle for Australian-based entities in compliance with local regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end closing, journal entries, and financial statement generation.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve financial discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain compliance with Australian taxation and financial reporting standards.
- Perform regular balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis to support audit readiness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA license is a significant advantage).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in general accounting, ideally with exposure to Australian accounts.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Australian payroll, tax compliance, and financial reporting requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing collaboration.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup and maintain productivity during morning shifts.
- High level of integrity, analytical mindset, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
