Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end bookkeeping processes for Australian-based clients, including AP, AR, and General Ledger entries.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and manage purchase order processing.
- Utilize various accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks) to maintain up-to-date financial records.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with Australian Accounting Standards and relevant tax regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to resolve financial queries and provide actionable insights.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client financial information.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Australian bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks.
- Strong understanding of AP/AR, reconciliation, and purchase order workflows.
- Excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently in a home-based environment.
- Strong professional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with Australian tax compliance is a plus.
