Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and due diligence for insolvency and restructuring cases.
- Prepare detailed restructuring plans and financial models to support client decision-making.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including legal and operations, to ensure project alignment.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance and reporting standards in all engagements.
- Communicate complex financial concepts clearly to stakeholders, creditors, and management.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for ongoing restructuring engagements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- CPA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CIA, CFE) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in insolvency, restructuring, forensic accounting, or audit.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial statements.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and financial modeling software (e.g., Excel, SAP).
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.
