Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance for Australian-based clients.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Goods and Services Tax (GST).
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Support Senior Accountants in preparing monthly financial reports and year-end financial statements.
- Process client payroll and superannuation contributions in compliance with Australian regulations.
- Maintain well-organized digital working papers and client documentation.
- Communicate professionally with onshore team members and Australian clients to resolve queries.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 to 2 years of professional experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Prior experience or exposure to Australian accounting standards and tax practices is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in cloud-based accounting software, specifically Xero or MYOB.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and strong analytical skills.
- Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and undergo specialized training.
