- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for Australian clients
- Monitor and interpret financial data to provide actionable insights to management
- Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
- Manage and optimize financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions as needed
- Develop and maintain financial models for strategic planning purposes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in management accounting
- Familiarity with Australian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
