You will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for Australian-based entities, staying up-to-date with ATO requirements, and maintaining the highest standards of data integrity. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Australian employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Calculate and process various pay components including base salary, overtime, commissions, and bonuses.
- Ensure full compliance with Australian Taxation Office (ATO) regulations and Superannuation requirements.
- Process Single Touch Payroll (STP) filings and manage end-of-year tax reconciliations.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and management with professionalism.
- Maintain payroll records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to data protection standards.
- Prepare and analyze payroll reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in Australian Payroll processing.
- In-depth knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, tax requirements, and Superannuation.
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or ADP).
- Strong numerical aptitude and high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict payroll deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
