Tanggung Jawab
- Lead Employment Hero payroll migration projects from initiation to completion
- Configure payroll systems with precision to ensure accurate employee compensation
- Ensure strict compliance with Australian payroll legislation and award rates
- Manage payroll processing at scale for multinational clients
- Develop and implement payroll validation protocols for data accuracy
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies
- Document payroll processes and provide training to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Australian payroll processing
- Proven expertise with Employment Hero or similar payroll software
- Deep understanding of Australian superannuation, tax, and employment laws
- Certification in payroll management (e.g., FPA, CPP) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills in payroll system environments
- Ability to thrive in hybrid work arrangements with day shift availability
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
