Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Australian markets, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing channels and social media platforms to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and coordinate the offer negotiation and onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and update the recruitment dashboard.
- Partner with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Participate in recruitment events and campus drives to expand our talent network.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the IT, BPO, or Finance sectors.
- Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting for international markets (specifically Australia is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced offshore environment.
