As an AU Senior Accountant, you'll manage end-to-end accounting processes for our Australian entity, ensuring compliance with Australian standards while optimizing financial workflows. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for Australian entity including month-end/quarter-end/year-end closing
- Prepare and submit compliant financial statements (B/S, P&L, Cash Flow) adhering to Australian Accounting Standards
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely resolution of audit findings
- Develop and implement financial controls to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process improvements across finance operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA license strongly preferred
- Minimum 5 years progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in senior roles
- Proven expertise in Australian accounting standards and tax regulations (GST, FBT, corporate tax)
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement across APAC regions
- Experience with multinational corporations and cross-border financial operations
