Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end Australian accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Ensure compliance with Australian Accounting Standards (AASB) and ASIC regulations
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes for Australian entities
- Prepare and analyze financial reports including balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow analyses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and process inefficiencies
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls for financial transactions
- Utilize accounting software (Xero/MYOB) to maintain accurate financial records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA or CA qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Australian accounting with direct AASB application
- Proven expertise in Australian tax compliance (GST, income tax, FBT)
- Advanced proficiency in Xero, MYOB, or equivalent accounting platforms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Ability to deliver results in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments
